These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZ Work, a project management and email workspace operated by HyperEZ Inc. ("we", "us"), available at https://ezwork.hyperez.io. By using EZ Work you agree to these Terms. If you use EZ Work on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
EZ Work lets teams manage projects and tasks, chat, and optionally connect a Gmail account to read mail inside the app. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Access within a workspace is governed by the roles and permissions set by your workspace administrators.

You retain ownership of the content you create or connect in EZ Work. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your workspace. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to use it.
EZ Work integrates with third-party services, including Google. When you connect Gmail, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
EZ Work is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperEZ Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of EZ Work.
You may stop using EZ Work at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the location of HyperEZ Inc.'s principal office.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of EZ Work after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
